Train Your Team with SL-Tech's eLearning!

eLearning puts the high-quality instruction of in-person training seminars into convenient online courses available anytime, anywhere to anyone on your team!

eLearning allows you to provide training for new employees in seasonal and high turnover positions. You can also use eLearning as “refresher” training for employees at the start of the school year. With courses specially designed for Cashiers, Site Managers, and temporary Meal Application Processing clerks, eLearning is an ideal way to quickly and efficiently train your team at anytime! Each self-paced course includes basic training, hands-on, interactive practice, and a quiz to test the participant’s understanding of the topic.

Our eLearning system includes built-in tools to help your staff get the most from their training. Short, concise courses can be viewed and reviewed for improved learning, retention, and ability to perform job-related tasks. Additionally, within our Learning Management System, you can assign individual courses or entire curricula to specific employees, monitor course completion, and manage content. The LMS also allows you to track who has completed an assigned course and if the student demonstrated proficiency in each subject.
