inTEAM Food System

Dot Pannell Martin and Gertrude Applebaum developed inTEAM Food System, an exciting approach to the management of foodservice. It is designed to meet the needs of today’s students and empowers employees to operate a standardized foodservice program that is efficient and cost-effective. The training motivates directors, supervisors and managers to change their way of operating.

The inTEAM Food System is a public franchise agreement that provides an alternative to privatizing. The complete system includes a license fee, a full three-day training program for administrators and managers, and all training materials. inTEAM Food System Seminars are scheduled in different geographic locations throughout the year-or you may plan one in your area for your school supervisors and managers.

inTeam delivers workshops and seminars for state, association, and local district meetings. Two of the most popular seminars are inTEAM Food Systems and Cost Control for School Food Services. American Dietetic Association approves the Seminar for 16 credit hours and by American School Food Service Association for 19.5 certification credits.
